Shipping & Returns
Faucet Specialists appreciates you placing your trust in us with your order. We want you to have an exceptional customer experience with us, and be able to enjoy our quality products from our selected manufacturers.
We try to minimize the costs to our customers whenever we can. Shipping is one area we can help keep the cost to you as low as possible. Our shipping costs are simple and straighforward:
- Orders with a cart value of $0.00 to $50.00 have a flat rate of $14.99 to cover the shipping anywhere in the continental US. You will usually have it in 2-3 business days.
- Orders with a cart value over $50.00 are shipped FREE with our Standard Shipping. This includes any location within the continental US. It excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories. (We can ship to those locations, however it requires a custom shipping quote, and those costs will be added to your order.) We do not ship outside the US.
- To keep things simple for you, our system will automatically select the right shipping method for you at checkout - you don't have to do anything.
With each order you can expect the following levels of service from our team of experts.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
From time to time a supplier may run out of inventory stock of a particular item. If an item you have purchased is out of stock, it is our policy to give you an option of pre-ordering the product for the next receipt of inventory. If you elect to pre-order we will process your method of payment in the same manner as an in-stock item. In some cases a manufacturer may, at their option, provide a discount for placing an order on a backordered item. When we confirm the ETA we will also inquire about the discount, and apply any offered discount at the time of purchase. This will allow us to reserve your item with the particular manufacturer. At this time we can provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your item to the suppliers warehouse. (Please note this is an estimate, and is subject to change.) Once the item arrives, it will be shipped to you for delivery. Cancelling a pre-order purchase is subject to our order cancellation policies below.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your form of payment, it will ship within five to seven business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Estimated Shipping Dates and Durations:
Estimated Ship Dates are based on any known extended lead times. We are not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand that may result in an inventory shortage.
The shipping times provided by Faucet Specialists are an estimate of how long it will take for the order to be processed and shipped from the various manufacturers’ warehouses to you. These shipping times are not a guarantee. If you must have your order by a certain date, we recommend that you speak with our customer support representatives to arrange expedited shipping.
It is the customers obligation to inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL). You should also take pictures of the damage to the packaging and the product. In some cases, the manufacturer will want you to reject the delivery by the shipping company. We want to make sure your order arrives to you in damage free condition, but accidents do sometimes happen.
It is important that you then notify us within 24-hours so we can put the manufacturer on notice so they may file a damage claim with the shipping company. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product may nullify your ability to receive a replacement product.
Since we partner with several manufacturers to offer you our wide range of products, each has a specific procedure to insure any damaged products are replaced. Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
In the case of order cancellations, the payment provider may or may not refund the processing fee. If the fee is not refunded by the payment provider, it will be deducted from the credit provided to the customer to the original form of payment.
If an item is shown as "backordered," and you place an order, Faucet Specialists will place the order on your behalf with the knowledge you intended to place the order on a backordered item, and then wait for its arrival. If an order is cancelled on a backordered item, customer will be responsible for any potential cancellation fees from the manufacturer, in addition to potentially the administration fee and payment provider fees as applicable.
