Brand Shipping and Return Policies
Faucet Specialists is an authorized dealer for several quality brands. Each of these brand has their own shipping and return policy. In order to provide the best customer experience and speed of resolution to any issue you may have, Faucet Specialists recommends utilizing the shipping and return policy for the specific manufacturer you have purchased from. Please select the manufacturer for your product below for details.
NOTE: Customers should inspect their products immediately upon delivery for any damage. If the product is damaged, it should be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the truck leaves. In extreme cases, the delivery should be rejected outright. You must notify Faucet Specialists within 24 hours of delivery of any damages so we can work with the manufacturer on filing a shipping damage claim and get your products replaced. Taking longer than 24 hours may nullify the ability to file a claim against the shipping company and obtain a replacement product. See the manufacturer's policies in the above links for their specific requirements.
If an order is cancelled after payment is made, the payment provider may not refund the service fees. Those fees, if not refunded by the payment provider, will be deducted from the credit from the manufacturer. If an order has been shipped and received and the customer wishes to return the order, in part or in whole, the return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer. See the individual manufacturer's policies as they may differ on this point. In no event shall the original shipping be refunded to the customer unless done so by the manufacturer. Faucet Specialists shall not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
